Her name is Somaya Shomer, an obstetrician-gynecologist in Gaza. 

When the shelling strikes, people flee in panic. But Somaya doesn't leave. She stays to guard those high-risk pregnant women. Here, women aren't afforded the luxury of vulnerability.
